Stay at Home order lifted! February cleanups announced.

Now that the Stay at Home order has been lifted, we are resuming our community driven trash pick ups! February will resume by the beach and we will expand to more of Venice in the coming months.

Cleanups in February will be on February 6, from 9am to 11am, and February 20th, from 9am to 11am. Bags, gloves, and hand sanitizer will be provided. Please wear a mask and maintain social distance if you are participating with volunteers from other households.

NOTE: Even though the Stay at Home order has been lifted, COVID cases are still very much on the rise. As such, we strongly suggest that you read the COVID-19 Community Guidelines provided by the city so that we can keep safe!

Announcement :: January Cleanups Cancelled

Hello everyone, and happy New Year! 2021 is already off to a crazy start with the Democrats flipping the House, and pro-Trump supporters breaching the Capitol and with 1 in 7 Los Angeles residents testing positive with COVID-19! That said, we are unfortunately continuing to hold on our clean up efforts around Venice Beach until it is reasonably safe to be out and about. Accordingly, the community cleanups planned for January 2021 will be cancelled. Thank you all for your continued patience as we weather both pandemic and political seasons!

We look forward to when we can gather safely again.
